Oversaw the development of Honda’s national launch campaigns including the HR-V, CR-V, and Accord. Each campaign is part of an integrated media buy including TV, OOH, Digital, and Social. The Honda Accord campaign is currently running during the 2023 NBA Playoffs and Finals.

For the 2023 HR-V, Honda wanted to reach multicultural millennial car buyers. Twofold is a creative collaboration that enlisted multi-discipinary creative Mike Carson to bring to life the HR-V in completely new way through visually stunning LED stage design and projection technology. We also created a BTS film that follows the creative process of Mike in creating the project with Honda.&#38;nbsp;

We brought to life the 2023 Honda CR-V campaign to reach millennial Asian American audiences. The inspiration for the film came from roadtrips being a familiar family pasttime of asian families and imagining how windows can become portals of limitless possibility along the journey. We enlisted Asian-American director Courtney Loo to interpret this narrative through her directoral eye.&#38;nbsp;2023 Honda CR-V︎︎︎Directed by Courtney Loo

I oversaw the creative direction, content, and strategy of the Honda DreamLab platform and was responsible for driving relevance for Honda in gaming, entertainment, and culture.&#38;nbsp;In its first year, Honda DreamLab’s Twitch content garnered 2.9MM combined views, and increased to 5.7MM views in its second year. Now in it’s third year, Honda DreamLab is one of the most exciting youth intiatives at Honda and is expanding its footprint into evergreen content, launching a YouTube channel, experiential events, with more original series and partnerships on the way.

	Spotify: Frequency︎︎︎Summer 2021 / Global Brand Launch Spotify Frequency is a platform to celebrate BIPOC artists when it comes to art, creativity, culture, and community both on and off the Spotify platform.&#38;nbsp; My responsibilities included leading my team on the creative development from start to finish, including pitching, ideation, branding/identity direction, platform strategy, production, media/PR, and overseeing the global launch of the platform.

For the launch films, we profiled three creators that represented the ethos of Frequency - rising rap artist Yung Baby Tate, viral mashup producer Amorphous, and podcaster duo Van Latham and Rachel Lindsay of the Higher Learning podcast.



We crafted the Frequency platform from the ground up. Starting from the platform name and manifesto, leading into the logo and brand identity, then bringing it to life through the launch films. Frequency is still a continuing program at Spotify and is a means for the brand to engage and connect with Black creators through events, playlists, and programs year round.

A first of it’s kind community event supporting AAPI heritage featuring Generative AI.&#38;nbsp;
Honda wanted an innovative way to engage with younger consumers in real life while spotlighting their new EV vehicle. We saw an opportunity to blend our audience’s passion for food and technology to create a one-of-kind experience. HondaMart is a Japanese “konbini” (convenience store) inspired experience featuring the 2024 Honda Prologue.&#38;nbsp;

The highlight of the event was a projection mapped Honda Prologue, which utilized generative imaging and projection mapping technology to showcase the new Honda vehicle. An interactive tablet experience accompanied the visuals, allowing guests to toggle between Lunar New Year inspired animations and unleashing a mesmerizing dragon animation to fly over the vehicle.

Prominent LA area food influencers like Jasmine and Tea, Food with Soy, and more stopped by to support the event, adding to the combined views.&#38;nbsp;In partnership with Mama’s Nightmarket and The Bruce Lee Foundation, the experience was further amplified with social content strategyand PR/media coverage.&#38;nbsp;

Beats by Dre’s social rebrand included a notable shift to mixed media, lo-fi aesthetics, and a desire to highlight young talent and content creators. I oversaw key aspects of this social relaunch including including evergreen content, creator briefs, and campaign product launches. This included series development for Beats branded digital creator competition “Solo Projects” and creating vignette interviews with athletes such as track star Sydney McLaughlin and cultural figures.

	Donald Glover x adidas&#38;nbsp;︎︎︎Winter 2019 / Branded Collaboration Launch
Donald Glover’s collaboration with adidas Originals was an all-white sneaker meant to be worn and distressed - a holder of experiences unique to each wearer. He brought this sneaker to life with a five part film vignette titled “Dirt On My Name” starring himself, Mo’Nique and skateboarder Na-Kel Smith.&#38;nbsp;I led the creative direction and global social/PR coverage for the collaboration launch and seeding event, working with photographer Gunnerstahl and director Anthony Pham to create an event recap film that mirrored the narrative of the film. We utilized AirDrop to tease the collaboration to event attendees.

	adidas Never Made︎︎︎Summer 2019 / Campaign Launch + Live Event Coverage&#38;nbsp;









I led the creative direction for adidas Never Made global footwear launch. This included working with my team to establish a cohesive visual + narrative direction across campaign films, social, and digital. We also brought the collection to life through an experiential booth at Hypebeast’s Hypefest convention.The creative direction took inspiration from the footwear’s “cobblered” designs and fusion of brand heritage from past and present. We utilized split screen treatments that meshed abstract textures together and clean typography to clearly call out the combined silhouettes.

Event coverage focused on no-FOMO engagement. We used social channels to crowd source sneaker customization and our sneaker cobbler, “Jack the Ripper” created a “never made” before sneaker in real time based on social commentary. We also created IG story stickers inspired by the collection that allowed users to add an adidas upper or sole to their own shoes.

		<description>adidas x PFW︎︎︎Winter 2019 / Live Event + Social Creative Direction








Creative direction of the social coverage for the FW19 Y-3 fashion show content and adidas MakerLab Presents activation at Paris Fashion Week .In partnership with the British Fashion Council and David Beckham, the adidas MakerLab worked with three emerging young designers (Priya Ahluwalia, Nicholas Daley, and Paolina Russo) to launch their debut collections at PFW. I was responsible for leading the social team on creative direction of content for global/PR coverage on behalf of adidas Originals, celebrity talent, and adidas Paris.
